Join Us In 52 Weeks Of Prayer

Each week during our prayer time we will highlight a specific group in our community (local law enforcement, schools, hospitals, military, government leaders, foster care/DCS, farmers, missionaries, etc.) as is an intentional way for our congregation to remain prayerful, outwardly focused, and unified as we intercede for our community and beyond.

This week in our 52-Week Prayer Focus, we are lifting up one of the missionaries and mission organizations we support. We are grateful for the ways God is working not just in our community, but around the world—through people and ministries faithfully serving in His name.

This week, we are praying for Fellowship of Christian Athletes – Hancock County FCA.

Hancock County FCA is faithfully bringing the hope of Jesus into our local schools and athletic communities. Led by Hayden Bailey, this ministry serves 3 of the 4 school districts in Hancock County, reaching students across 7 schools, from 5th grade through 12th grade, with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Each week, FCA is ministering to 300+ students, creating spaces where students can hear about Jesus, ask real questions, build godly friendships, and grow in their faith.

In the summer, Hancock County FCA also hosts a sports camp serving around 100 K–6 students, while also providing meaningful leadership and service opportunities for many teens and young adults who help lead and invest in the next generation.

Prayer Points
🏫 School Ministry
Pray for the weekly FCA gatherings happening across 7 schools. Ask God to continue opening doors in schools, strengthening relationships with administrators and coaches, and allowing the gospel to be boldly and clearly shared.
👩 Leadership
Pray for Hayden Bailey as she leads Hancock County FCA. Ask God to give her wisdom, energy, encouragement, and spiritual strength as she pours into students, leaders, and schools across the county.
👦 Students
Pray for the 300+ students involved each week—that hearts would be open to Jesus, faith would grow deeper, and students would become bold witnesses for Christ in their schools and teams.
⚽ Summer Sports Camp
Pray for the FCA summer sports camp serving 100+ elementary students. Ask God to use this camp to plant seeds of faith early and to create opportunities for children to experience both fun and the love of Jesus.
🙌 Student Leaders & Volunteers
Pray for the teens, young adults, coaches, and volunteers who help serve FCA. Ask God to raise up strong leaders who model Christ well and disciple the next generation with intentionality.
💛 Fundraising Efforts & Donors
Pray for the financial support that makes Hancock County FCA possible. Ask God to provide through faithful donors, churches, businesses, and fundraising efforts so that the ministry can continue reaching students across Hancock County. Pray for generosity, provision, and strong partnerships with people who believe in the mission of bringing Jesus into schools and athletic communities.
✝ Gospel Impact
Pray that FCA would continue to be more than a club—but truly a mission field where lives are changed, students are discipled, and the name of Jesus is lifted high throughout Hancock County.
