Join Us In 52 Weeks Of Prayer
Each week during our prayer time we will highlight a specific group in our community (local law enforcement, schools, hospitals, military, government leaders, foster care/DCS, farmers, missionaries, etc.) as is an intentional way for our congregation to remain prayerful, outwardly focused, and unified as we intercede for our community and beyond.
This week in our 52-Week Prayer Focus, we are lifting up one of the missionaries and mission organizations we support. We are grateful for the ways God is working not just in our community, but around the world—through people and ministries faithfully serving in His name.
This week, we are praying for the men and women of the United States Armed Forces—past and present—and the families who serve alongside them. We are grateful for those who serve in the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, and Coast Guard, including those serving on Active Duty, in the National Guard and Reserves, as well as our retirees and veterans.
Military service often carries sacrifices that extend far beyond the individual who wears the uniform. Deployments, time away from family, frequent moves, demanding schedules, dangerous assignments, and the transition back into civilian life can affect service members and their families for years. This week, let's intentionally lift up the entire military community in prayer.

How to Pray
Active Duty, Guard & ReservePray for those currently serving throughout every branch of our military. Ask God to protect them, give them courage and wisdom, and strengthen them to carry out their responsibilities with integrity and honor.
Those Deployed & Serving Away from HomePray especially for service members deployed overseas or separated from their families. Ask God to protect them, encourage them in seasons of loneliness, and bring them safely home.
Veterans & RetireesPray for those who have completed their military service. Ask God to provide community, purpose, encouragement, and support as they navigate life after the military. Pray that their sacrifices and service would not be forgotten.
Military FamiliesPray for spouses, children, parents, and loved ones who carry many of the sacrifices of military service as well. Ask God to strengthen marriages, protect families, provide peace during separations, and surround them with supportive communities.
Military LeadershipPray for commanders and leaders at every level. Ask God to give them wisdom, humility, integrity, and discernment as they make decisions affecting the lives of those entrusted to their leadership.
Transitioning Service MembersPray for those preparing to leave military service and transition into civilian life. Ask God to provide direction, meaningful employment, healthy relationships, and a renewed sense of purpose in the season ahead.
Healing & RestorationPray for those carrying physical wounds, grief, trauma, loss, or other burdens connected to their service. Ask God to bring healing, restoration, peace, and people who will faithfully walk alongside them.
Salvation & Spiritual GrowthPray that service members, veterans, retirees, and military families would come to know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Pray for Christians serving in our military to remain strong in their faith and boldly reflect Christ wherever they are stationed or called to serve.
