Nick Holliday
Lead Pastor
Pastor Nick Holliday has been married to his wife, Lydia, since 2011. Together they have four children: Dallas, Isabella, David, and Iliana.
Born and raised in Hancock County, Nick has a passion for sharing the Gospel and helping people follow Jesus in everyday life, beginning in his own “Jerusalem” and extending to the ends of the earth. He believes it is critical for people to develop a firm foundation in their faith before they graduate from high school and leave home, while also helping believers of all ages grow as disciples of Christ.
Nick and Lydia both served on active duty in the United States Marine Corps from 2009–2013 and credit that season with significant growth in their faith and dependence on God. Nick was ordained in 2020 and joined the New Life staff in 2021 as Youth Pastor. After serving faithfully in that role for five years, he became Lead Pastor on February 22, 2026, following the retirement of founding pastor Mark Adcock. Nick is passionate about biblical teaching, discipleship, evangelism, and helping people discover the hope and purpose found in Jesus Christ.

Tina Kerfoot
Pastor of Children & Families
Tina is married to Brad and they have four children: Caleb, Paul, Josie and Maylie.
Tina believes that the Bible needs to be taught in an experiential way so that what is learned can be better remembered. She believes that the primary mandate to train up a child in the way that is right is directed to parents, but that the church as a whole must encourage and support the children as they learn and grow. Tina became a full-time pastor on staff at NLCF in 2004.

Lydia Holliday
Worship Leader
Lydia Holliday has always had a heart for helping people grow in their faith. From serving on an interpretive worship dance team, leading high school students, and playing bass in worship, she has long felt called to invest in others and point them to Jesus. Lydia served on active duty in the United States Marine Corps, where she met her husband, Nick. After moving to Indiana, she completed her degree in Linguistics and Education and went on to teach both high school and preschool students. Today, Lydia and Nick have four children and share a family mission rooted in Matthew 28:16–20 and John 3:16: to make disciples, share the love of Christ, and live out the Gospel in everyday life.
As Worship Leader at New Life, Lydia is passionate about creating an atmosphere where people can encounter God’s love through music and praise. Her desire is that everyone who walks through the doors feels welcomed, encouraged, and drawn closer to Christ.
