Tina is married to Brad and has two sons, Caleb and Paul.
Tina believes that the Bible needs to be taught in an experiential way so that what is learned can be better remembered. She believes that the primary mandate to train up a child in the way that is right is directed to parents, but that the church as a whole must encourage and support the children as they learn and grow. Tina became a full-time pastor on staff at NLCF in 2004.
Michael has been married to Dawn since 1990. They have three children: Christy, Coleman and Caleb.

Chris and Sandy were married in 1984 and have two grown sons, Ryan and Jacob.
By way of Anderson University, middle Tennessee, and West Virginia, Chris has found his Missouri Ozark heritage quite adaptable to Hoosier living since November 2007. With Sandy, they together form an amazing team of expertise, caring, and example to all whose paths they cross. Ask either of them about their two sons, and you’ll quickly understand how passionate Chris and Sandy are for equipping leaders. Chris can be seen walking about the community with his seeing eye Black Lab, Iggy. Remember, ignore the dog when he is in his harness or he may lead his person into traffic! “Adjusting to blindness,” says Chris, “has truly been, and continues to be, my life’s greatest adventure! Walking ‘by faith and not by sight’ is a perilous journey made joyful by God’s direction.” Chris joined the staff in 2015 as a result of the merger of First Church of God in Greenfield with NLCF.
Jesse has been ministering to youth since he was one himself. Under the leadership of his youth pastor at the church where he grew up, Jesse became a youth counselor for those of junior high/middle school age while he himself was in high school. He then interned in his high school senior year and while in college. Jesse joined New Life as an intern in 2016, and as a part of the staff upon his graduation from Anderson University in 2018.
